Anna
has been working in childcare for 13+ years. She started as a Pre-K teacher for a couple years and then has been a Center Director ever since! Her favorite part of working in a center is helping her team bring their curriculum to life in the classroom and watching the children learn and grow as they age from classroom to classroom!
Aimee
has been with the Ally family since Ally opened in 2018. Aimee was a preschool teacher and then was promoted to Ally's assistant director shortly after. She loves the excitement the children have when they come to the center each morning and providing positive guidance to the Ally team!
Peer Leads
Jenn
has been working in childcare for many years and has her Child Development Certificate for infants and toddlers. Jenn loves to support fellow teachers with lesson planning and brainstorming new ideas for continuous improvement in the classroom!
Kasandra
has worked in the world of childcare for many years! Infancy is her specialty. She loves watching children meet their developmental and educational milestones. Kasandra loves helping teachers with their curriculum and SUTQ standards.
Merci
Mrs. Merci is our Curriculum Coordinator and she loves helping our teachers plan/create fantastic lesson plans based on the interests of the children. Merci loves to see the curriculum coming to life in the classroom! You can also find Mrs. Merci behind the camera of all of our social media accounts!
Aubrey
loves working with children because she gets to bring creative experiences for our littles. Aubrey loves collaborating with families and building lasting relationships.
Kennah
loves working with our young infants because she gets to provide all of the love and individualized care while moms and dads are away. Kennah loves working closely with our Ally families!
Courtney
loves being a part of our Ally family and helping with children of all ages. Courtney aids in caring for and activity times in our young infant classroom as our third teacher!

enjoys being apart of our kids growth and development everyday! Witnessing their excitement as they learn something new or reach a new goal makes her so happy!
Rebecca
loves making learning fun! You can always find Rebecca dancing and singing with the infant classroom! She loves building relationships with the children and families. Rebecca is currently working towards her Associates in Early Childhood Education.

loves working with children because everyday is a new adventure. You never know what will happen from day to day. Children are so curious and inquisitive and it’s very rewarding to be able to teach them how the world works. You can always the moment something “clicks” for them. Plus, who wouldn’t love to spend the day playing?!
Kayla
When working with children it gives you a new perspective. Little ones see the world so differently than us big people. We may have more life experience but they see things we don’t. When we spend most days with them we can start to see some of those things ourselves. Just as much as we teach them, they teach us.

She has wanted to be a teacher for as long as she could remember. She remembers some of her favorite teachers growing up and loves to be able to be that teacher for the children here at Ally. I am excited to continue to learn and grow in the field of childcare.

Amanda
has been teaching Pre-K for many many years. She loves to see their "lightbulb" moments when they learn or master something new. She has her Child Development Association in Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten!
Tanya
enjoys creating activities that foster the love of learning while having FUN! She has worked with multiple age groups but Pre-K is her favorite! Ms. Tanya is studying children's psychology in college!
